Purpose, scope and legal title of the processing of your personal data

regfor does not collect any personal data on this website except for:

  1. handling inquiries or requests for information sent via the contact form or by e-mail;
  2. anonymous evaluation of user behavior on the website using cookies.

You provide your personal data on a completely voluntary basis for both of the above purposes. You have no obligation to provide them. If you do not provide your personal data, you will not be subject to any penalties.

1. Contact form and e-mail

If you use the e-mail contact or contact form on this website to contact regfor, the administrator will process your name, e-mail address and other personal data contained in the sent message (e.g. phone number, address, position, etc.). The controller will process your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest (legal title according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR) in order to prepare a response to a query or to process a request for information.

2. Cookies

In order to analyze your behavior and preferences on the site, performance and personalization of the site content and display personalized online advertising and marketing campaigns, we are entitled to process your personal data through so-called cookies, small text files containing information about your preferences, behavior, browser settings, or identity in the online space.

The processing of personal data through cookies takes place on the basis of your consent (legal title according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR), which you can grant on our website through the so-called cookies banner displayed when you first visit this site.

The period during which your personal data will be processed

We will only process your personal data for the period stipulated by law, i.e. for the period necessary for the purpose of processing. As a legitimate interest, we store your personal data for a maximum of 1 year from the date of sending the contact form or the last e-mail contact, unless you have previously objected to this processing. Your personal data processed within cookies on the basis of your consent will be processed until the expiration of the stored cookies described in the cookies banner, but not more than 13 months from the date of their creation. You can always withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data.

Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data

You can withdraw your voluntarily granted consent to the processing of personal data through cookies at any time, free of charge, either by using the cookie deletion function in your browser or by sending an email to: info@regfor.cz. If you withdraw or restrict your consent, we will stop using your personal data to the extent applicable for that purpose, and if we have no other lawful grounds for processing it, we will securely delete it. However, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the prior processing of such personal data.

Persons with access to your personal data

Your personal data will be accessed by the administrator and his selected employees. For the time strictly necessary and to the extent necessary, third parties may also have access to your personal data — processors who will provide appropriate safeguards, the processing of which meets all the requirements of the GDPR and who will adequately protect your rights and your personal data.

Your rights related to the processing of your personal data

You have the right to withdraw your previously granted consent to the processing of personal data at any time, request access to your personal data, rectification or addition of personal data, erasure of personal data, transfer of personal data, restriction of processing, object or complaint against the processing of personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, be informed of violations of personal data security, as well as other rights provided for in the GDPR.

You will receive information about the measures taken within a month. This period may be extended by a further two months if necessary and in view of the complexity and number of applications. We will inform you of any extension of the deadline within one month of receiving the application.
